Privacy Policy

WeeklyCloseouts takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you to any other person or third party. Your transaction and personal information is as important to us as it is to you.

Credit Cards

Credit cards are not charged until time of shipment. There is no surcharge for use of credit cards.

Sales Taxes

WeeklyCloseouts will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in Arizona. Customers in other states shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to them.

Governing Law

Any sales by WeeklyCloseouts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to Conflict of Laws rules. The customer consents to the Jurisdiction of the Federal or State courts located in Arizona for purposes of any suit, action or preceding arising out of any sale.

Returns

WeeklyCloseouts RMA Policy

Our return policy is structured so that we can continue to offer you the lowest price on name brand closeouts.

As all of our products are covered by a manufacture warranty, we ask that you contact the manufacturer for all technical questions and defective merchandise exchanges.  The manufacturers contact information is included in your package and on their website.  For all other issues, please sign in to your account, go to "My Orders" and select the order you want to return.  Next, click on the "Request return" link and fill out the form.

Terms and conditions:

  • All requests for RMAs must be made within 20 days of the ship date and will be responded to within 48hrs.
  • Full refunds will be given in cases that Weekly Closeouts ships the incorrect product or the carrier delivers a damaged box and the item is signed for as such.  All other RMAs carry a restocking fee of 15%.
  • If the merchandise is not returned in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals and packaging materials there will be a 15% restocking fee.
  • RMA paperwork must be included with the merchandise. Please do not write the RMA number on the box.
  • Returns must reach our warehouse within 10 days of the date they are issued. ALL RMAS EXPIRE ON THE 10TH DAY IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. Late returns may be refused and sent back at our discretion.
  • We will send you an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been received within 48hrs of receipt.
  • RMA’s will be processed and your account credited within 10 business days of receipt.
